Title: Oracle Agile PLM Consultant

Rate : USD $80/ hr. on c2c
The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the
following requirements:-
Major tasks would be:
- Present
on basic functionality to a target audience based on direction; solicit
feedback in gap/fit, CRP and UAT sessions.
- Manage
expectations, including change management messages.
- Interview
and document existing processes at low level details.
- Work
with business teams to organize data into provided templates, answer
questions, provide feedback.
- Help
organize cutover events, such as running weekly meetings, resolving issues
on the issues log, minimizing open changes at go-live.
- Work
with compliance to start and finish validation events.
- Contribute
to unit testing the system prior to CRP/UAT events.
- Provide
guidance and assistance to documenting the new processes being introduced.
- Comfortable
providing training to a group of users based on provided training materials.
- Able
to recognize patterns in data beyond that seem abnormal, beyond what a
technical validation would uncover.
- Excel
skills, Medical device manufacturing experience and any experiences
launching products are strong pluses.
- Capable
of being at a site during key project milestones (possibly for several
weeks at a time if that was what is called for) to drive tasks completion.
- The
candidate should have Agile implementation experience, even it was as an
end user or super user role.
